About us
Rhonda M. McCarthy is a 30 year veteran of the nail industry. She began her nail career in Queens, New York where her first experiences as a nail technician included mastery of avant-garde airbrushing.
Ms. McCarthy was driven by a passion to impact the lives of other techs early in her career. It was then that she made the fateful decision to pursue a career as an educator and mentor in nail technology.
